I grew up primarily in the northeast, but traveled westward to Pittsburgh to complete my pediatric anesthesia fellowship, and then Stanford for CV Anesthesia. After completing training I joined the heart center at Texas Children’s as faculty, soon going into my third year. 

I have had the unique role of seeing some of the behind the scenes effort of PCAL being put together by the amazing faculty at Stanford (both in anesthesia but also cardiology and cardiac surgery). That has now translated from being a member at the first workshop to a role in assisting the anatomy course. I hope to help share the amazing experience I had!
