Clinical Assistant Professor Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia
I am a pediatric cardiac anesthesiologist at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford University School of Medicine. After finishing my anesthesia residency at Indiana University and pediatric anesthesia fellowship at Washington University in St Louis, I headed west to further my knowledge in congenital cardiac anesthesia at Stanford. I have been an attending anesthesiologist there for 3.5 years and each and every day I have the opportunity to take care of some of the most complex congenital heart patients. Clinical interests include perioperative care for Williams Syndrome and Pulmonary Hypertension. Recently, I have developed an interest in bringing gross heart dissections into the curriculum for our residents, fellows, and advanced fellows. I am excited to be one of the co-leaders for the normal anatomy dissection at this year’s PCAL.
